Hi, I’m Jack Talley—a photographer and filmmaker who cares as much about the people behind a project as the final product.
I’m the kind of creator who notices the details: the way a scene feels, the timing of a moment, the small expressions that make a photo real, and the atmosphere that makes a video memorable. I don’t just show up and “get shots”—I try to understand what you’re going for, what matters to you, and how you want your work or your story to be seen.
What I’m Like to Work With
I’m calm, focused, and hands-on. I take the work seriously, but I keep the experience comfortable. Most people don’t love being on camera at first, so I work in a way that feels natural—giving direction when it helps, stepping back when the moment is already happening, and keeping things moving without making it feel rushed.
I’m also big on communication. I’d rather be clear upfront about what we’re making, how we’re making it, and what you’ll get at the end—so you can trust the process.
My Style and Personality
Creatively, I’m drawn to visuals that have mood and story. I like work that feels cinematic, intentional, and a little different—not generic. Even when a project is simple, I still want it to have a “look” and a point of view.
I also genuinely enjoy the editing side. For me, post-production isn’t just polishing—it’s where the story locks in. Whether it’s color, pacing, sound, or small details people might not notice consciously, I care about making the final piece feel complete.

I make photos and films because I like creating something people can keep. A good image or video doesn’t just document what happened—it helps you relive it, share it, and present it with confidence.
